About Noel

Noel Powell is currently the chief executive officer of Twilight Haven. Noel has more than two decades of experience in financial services, strategic leadership, and community engagement. Throughout his career, he has led regional teams, guided organizational transformation, and implemented initiatives that expand financial access and strengthen the financial well-being of the communities across California’s Central Valley. Known for his people-centered leadership style, Noel focuses on developing leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning strategy with meaningful community impact.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Noel is passionate about expanding access to financial knowledge and empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions. He has supported financial literacy workshops, community outreach efforts, and mentorship initiatives designed to help individuals and families build stronger financial futures. 

Noel joined the Board of Directors of The Academy of Financial Education because he believes that financial literacy is foundational to economic mobility and long-term community prosperity. He is honored to support The Academy's mission of equipping people with the tools and confidence to make informed financial decisions.
